Create delicious, refreshing drinks with a purpose! Feel good without alcohol by enjoying drinks that are fun for the whole family and beneficial for your health. In this class we will be discussing
1.Alcohol and health
2.Mocktail ingredient benefits (herbs and health, best ingredients for digestion, benefits of using teas, most hydrating ingredients)
3.How to experiment with making your own functional drinks at home
4.How to use fresh herbs from your garden, seasonal produce, and other healthy ingredients to create fun mocktails, including:
• Digestive Mocktail (Blueberry Ginger Smash)
• Immunity Mocktails (Elderberry Sparkler)
• Calming Mocktail for Sleep (Tart Cherry Spritz)
• Hydrating, Skin Refreshing Mocktail (Watermelon Margarita)
We will be making one mocktail recipe together in person and give the recipes for the rest. Ten people need to sign up in order to offer this class, so sign up with a friend!
